How does the demand score is calculated? What parameters are considered in getting the score?

The Demand assessments and scoring using the OOTB Assessment metrics defined for the Demand process. If you goto Assessment metric type and select Demand you will see all the different metric element and its calculation for generating the score.

Each metric category uses a method to calculate it is either scripted or it is through assessment responses.
