      <description>&lt;P&gt;You need to give a SPM role to users, as it_project_user or it_project_manager role.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The lists of status reports and project change request will show on the csm portal for a given project.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;That said, you need to update configuration to be able to click a status report or project change request to show its content in the csm portal, the link looks deactivated =&amp;gt; I didn't find how to make this. If you can help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://www.servicenow.com/community/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/193313"&gt;@Pall Sigurdsson&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, I worked with a similar use case while working for Work4flow.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Give the below steps a try:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Access the CSM portal configuration in your ServiceNow instance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Edit the project page to add new menu items for "Status Reports" and "Project Change Requests".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Link the new menu items to the appropriate modules or records.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ensure the links direct users to the correct records for the specific project.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Navigate to user access or roles configuration.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Assign the necessary roles or permissions to project contacts for viewing and interacting with the new menu items.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let me know if it doesn't work, I'll be glad to assist.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://www.servicenow.com/community/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/279625"&gt;@fran_oisschneid&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; and&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://www.servicenow.com/community/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/727851"&gt;@SasankaV&lt;/a&gt;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your responses.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I go to Service Portal &amp;gt; Service Portal Configuration &amp;gt; Page Editor &amp;gt; Select the project_detail page &amp;gt; Edit details then I see that the "Request Changes" and "Status Reports" menu items are already present in the Customer Project Related List menu.&lt;BR /&gt;As they are out-of-the box, I assume that they are already linked to the correct tables. They just don't appear when I impersonate a project contact such as Julie Lewis (demo data - user/contact) from Boxeo (demo data - project). This demo user is able to view the project contacts, project task and case related lists on the CSM portal but not these two.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Looking at the project contacts table, I can see that there is a "read" access control there with the description "Providing sn_customerservice.projectstakeholder and sn_customerservice.customer access to Read Project Change Request records if they have access to the project record".&lt;BR /&gt;One of the roles that grant this access is sn_customerservice.customer, which is a role that Julie Lewis has. I tried already to create a corresponding ACL on the project_status and project_change_request tables but that was not enough to display the two aforementioned related lists on the CSM portal.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
