RIDAC templates

I need to create a Decision record for every new Demand that is created. I thought of using a template for the Decision record and am unable to get that to work. I am able to set up a template for the Action record. Automation would be great too.

What solution alternatives do you recommend?

Hi Francis, look into Flows - if it's only a matter of creating a specific Decision record every time you create a Demand record, that should be the most straightforward way to do it. As for the template itself, what exactly is the issue you're encountering? Any screen shots you can provide might help 🙂

@PaulaaO Regarding the template itself, I do not see a way to create a template for Decisions that references the fields found on the decision record (see attached screenshot). I am able to create a template for Actions.

I believe your suggestion of using Flows is the best way to go and will pursue that approach.
