    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have four subtasks(project tasks) under project and one of them is in closed state. When project state changes to open/pending. All the subtasks are also moved to open/pending. Even the closed task state is moved to back to open/pending. How to avoid this behaviour fro closed task.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
