Which roles are license consumed in ITBM?

my client purchased 50 Licenses it means what roles will be covered?

Check for the subscription Management module in left navigation and for your active subscription for some information. Its always best to reach out to your ServiceNow Account Manager to provide more Information about the usage in your Instance.

Hi,

It may differ with the subscription that is opted for (Standard/Professional).

Then on basis of subscription opted you can look for Application specific roles.

I would ask the ServiceNow Account team on the project you are on. Every contract if different and how they account for license usage is different as well. The details on roles, product, and usage will be outlined in the contract and well know to the SN Account team. Any documentation that has been post is not a good sources to go off of, you best bet is the SN Account team.
