How to Prepare Manufacturer or Service Offering Forms and add new fields to them and database?

Dear Friends,

I am new in ServiceNow. Just started a week back. Looking for some help.

Actually, I am doing ServiceNow Administrative Fundamental - Lab 8.1 Create a UI Policy and Business Rule. Trying to figure out - How to prepare Manufacturer or Service Offering Forms and add new fields to them and database? Requesting to kindly help so I can complete this lab activity. Thanks in advance.

Hi, you can open the table definition record and add fields via the related list of "Columns". Tables for "Manufacturer or Service Offering". Once you do that, you can open a record in the table and on the form, right-click on the form header area and a menu appears. Then click on 'Configure' then 'Form layout' to add/position the new fields.

Greetings!

You mean , you want to add Manufacturer on form.

Open Service Offering From.

Right click on Context menu

Configure -- Form Layout / Design.

Search for manufacture.

As Atul G. states, the Form Designer can be used to add existing fields to forms. And it can also be used to create new fields on the table. Instructions are here:

Form Design

It is more obvious how to create new fields using 'Form Layout' though.
