CIS-ITSM vs CIS-HRSD - the easier exam?

I need to complete either of these roles to land a position. Since both are about 63 hrs and roughly 1700 usd, and have a common learning path till the SNOW Implementation course, which of these exams in your view is easier to crack.

Secondly how hard is it to clear the ITSM exam if you have cleared the SN Admin.

It's not about what is most easy, but much more about what you would like to work with. ITSM is IT Service Management, Where HRSD is with in the business scope and completely different than IT. So what is it that you would like to do and work with in the future?

Its look like you are comparing Apples and mangoes. These 2 are different courses and land you in 2 different job profiles or specialization.

You need to think which is best for you now, if you are very new in SN , i wil say go for ITSM and he you are coming from HR background, then go for HRSD.

Advice given by @Simon Hendery @AndersBGS are equally important here.

Thanks for the inputs, I think I will go with HRSD, as I have worked on some Agent Workspace projects before and did some HR related IT projects.

Another question. I paid for the HR fundamentals and implementation courses,now I realize DC upgrade is upon us and there will be a two week blackout during which I wont be able to schedule for the exam. Will I have to pay for these courses again? for the dc release version?

Don't worry about it!

Once you successfully complete the HR Implementation course, you'll receive the CIS - HR Voucher, which will be assigned to your account. You can then use this voucher to sign in to Webassessor and book your exam whenever you're ready. Just remember that your voucher will remain valid for one year, so you have plenty of time to schedule your exam after any blackout periods.

Regarding your original question, I fully agree with the responses from my colleagues earlier. Just keep in mind that you only live once, so it's worth pushing yourself to tackle challenges and achieve incredible things.
