I about to start the CSA learning course to complete the CSA certification but it is asking to pay $500.

can any one please confirm that price got increased from $300 to $500

Hi @SureshBabuP - Yes, unfortunately that increase to $500 for the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals course appears to have been applied universally.

I'm seeing the $500 cost when I log into Now Learning, and it's also being reported elsewhere on the Community:

Yes, it got increased, but I'll suggest you to not go for CSA, first gain the necessary skills and join the organization who will help you to get this cleared without paying extra cost.

yes right it has increased in last 1-2 weeks. One of my students had same issue yesterday. If you want to learn, you need to pay and also you may need to pay $300 / $500 for voucher as well.

You can refer my YouTube channel and follow Batch 14 playlist to learn CSA and ITSM in one go.

Hi there,

Assuming you are after the On Demand course + taking the exam. Yes the On Demand course now costs 500 USD + the exam voucher 450 USD = 950 USD.
