ServiceNow Dev environment is experiencing password expiration

Hi,

The SailPoint Admin1 account used in the ServiceNow Dev environment is experiencing password expiration approximately every 7–10 days. Due to this issue, the password must be manually reset on a weekly basis to restore connectivity and functionality.

Could you please help me on this.

Hi @ysudileti

Navigate to User Administration > Users in ServiceNow and open the Integration user account record.

Look for the Password never expires checkbox and ensure it is ticked.

Note: If this field is not exposed on your form, you may need to check it in List view or add it via Form Layout.
