Hi @Preethi1801

As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:

Wait, it should come online after some time

if you get tired of waiting, release the instance and request a fresh installation. NOTICE, if you do this, every development that you haven't backed up will be lost for good.

If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as accepted solution and give a thumb up.

Best regards

From two days my instance is offline. Is it only for me or anyone else facing the issue? Please let me know if any troubleshooting needed to get the instance online.

Unfortunately, there is no support available for PDI. the only thing you can do is wait. If the PDI doesn't become available again, then you need to release your instance a request a new one.

HI @Preethi1801

PDI doesn't come with support, which means if it is offline or unavailable or reclaimed no one from the community can support it. You can either wait for more time or release your PDI and get a new one. For the future, take regular back.

FYI: MY PDI is also down currently, so better to wait for some time.
