How to bring back the discuss button that has been removed by below mentioned process:

To deactivate Sidebar:

Change application to: Omni-Experience Standard Feature Set

1. Go to 'Settings' under 'Conversational Interfaces' in left navigator

2. Select 'Sidebar' from left pane

3. Deactivate in toggle button

4. Click 'Save'

Reverse it? Doesn't it come back if you activate it again?

What could be the reason for appearing and disappearing of this "Discuss" button? I am trying to get it back as we want to remove the discuss button only on the change record without effecting globally.
