How to run batch file in Servicenow through Virtual Agent

This is regarding the requirement which we came across in our account for an automation where bat/batch file needs to be run in the user system through VA chat box.

Could anyone let me know how to execute a batch file or run PowerShell scripts in ServiceNow VA (Virtual Agent Designer). Also please specify if we need any plugins to be installed or any other installations to be done in the instance for this.
