Getting Virtual Agent to create downloadable documents

How can I get a Topic to do step 3 of the following?

1. Text input: Asks the user for their name

2. Text bot response: Says "Hello <name>"

3. Creates a document containing the above bot response

4. Boolean input: Asks the user if they'd like to download the response

I'd like the user, for example Steve, to be able to download a document that says "Hello Steve".
