Create Task SLA when record is inserted for custom table

Hi All,

I have a requirement to add task sla to the custom table when record is created.

I created an SLA Definition with retroactive start and set as "Created" but task SLA is created only when I update anything on the record.

Appreciate if you help me out

Along with Retroactive start you need to add conditions to when SLA gets triggered. Usualy states are good option to go with e.x - start condition: State=New (states also help you in handling pause, resume, stop of the SLA going forward)

I have given created is not empty and state as opened but still didn't work as expected.

I have the same issue. Is your instance domain separated by chance?
