Catalog Item - Order this item area dissapear suddenly

Hi folks,

We have a problem with one of out catalog items. We load it correctly but when we add a line on a multirow variable set the area of Order this item (With Quantity, Submit button and Add to cart) disapear.

We check that no one client script, ui policies hide it on cat item and variable set.

Could you know what happen?

Have you ever found yourself in a similar situation?

never came across any such issue with MRVS.

Did you disable that MRVS and see how it behaves?

Are you sure no script is working on that?

May be some widget is linked with variable of type Custom and that's hiding that?

Are you sure no script is working on that?

I check that no one hide button on the script area (Client scripts and ui policies).

The behavior is strange with this item. When I enter an item in the MRVS and click the Add button, it adds it, but hides the area Order this item.

Let order without problem. Expected behavior because the trigger to the problem is to click on Add when you have filled out the MRVS

No, we use the standar elements and flow.

Since you mentioned the trigger is when you click Add button, I suspect some custom logic is doing this.

Without deep diving in the instance we can't help.

Please try to debug further.
