"Contact your ServiceNow administrator for permission" message is showing on the dashboard

After the washington DC upgrade, getting this error showing on a few of the reports in the dashboard.

This issue came after Platform analytics was enabled.

This is a report whose data source is problem table and I have access to problem table but I can still see this error.

@KhushbooJenifer Please check if any Report view ACLs are preventing the access to reports. Please refer to https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/washingtondc-now-intelligence/page/use/reporting/concept/report-view-access-control.html to know more about report view ACLs.

Please check if the report and dashboards are shared to you, also verify if the report_view acls allow you to view the reports.

Hi @Sandeep Rajput and @Community Alums

This issue affects only a few reports. Previously, we encountered the error "Access to this content denied based on report_view ACLs" on some database view reports. I created ACLs for those reports, which resolved the issue for some, but the error persists for others.

The report showing this error is derived from the problem table, which we have access to, but we still cannot access this specific report.
