How can I move a virtual agent topic to another instance?

I was searching high and low now, without luck.

How is the correct way, to move a topic from one instance to the other?

Hi there,

Well normal way would be by using an update set or publishing an application. Updates on topics are automatically fetched in update sets.

Else you could always export / import the sys_cb_topic and sys_cs_topic records.

Hello Mark,

Thanks for getting back to me, I did give it a go, with the update sets but was irritated as there is no related link as usual with Add to Update Set.

Sure one of the options is working for us, this is sorted 🙂
