Hi Experts,

We have setup Client Role assignment rule to grant access to any users existing in the sys_user with a specific filter condition ( except internal users, integration users etc..).

Our LDAP user import transform map is unchecked with Business rule trigger, so any new users who gets added or updated would not get this user role ( thru the BR trigger).

Other than a schedule job, is there a way to get this user role added to the new users ?.

Have you tried to get it done using Flow designer?

Interestingly, with client role assignment rules activated, it would take care of Delta users as well. The user role is added automatically when we are trying to access the workplace services portal.

We initially thought of doing this thru a schedule job , but it was not needed. Based on the login event, there is an event action which takes care of handling this.
