WSD Kiosk Management - Collecting Signatures from Visitors

Hi everyone,

For those that have enabled the WSD Kiosk Management plugin to manage visitors at their offices, has anyone implemented a way to track visitor signatures for NDAs, office policies, etc. during the check-in flow? I know it's possible through a record producer with a signature pad widget, but I'm thinking that one of the kiosk page configurations may work better (especially if a visitor has been pre-registered).

Any insight would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

Hi @JW22,

That's a great idea to configure the Kiosk Page for capturing visitor signatures! Since this is a new app, I've reviewed the functionalities but haven't done much customization yet. However, I’ll share some thoughts and also check if this feature is included in the future roadmap.

You can use the Kiosk Page [kiosk_home] to add a signature capture widget.

This widget can be set up to prompt visitors to read and sign NDAs or office policies upon arrival. Additionally, you can integrate document management to ensure signed documents are automatically saved and linked to the visitor's record for future reference.

It's also important to consider walk-in visitors, ensuring that the signature capture process works smoothly for them as well.

Thank you Arun, this is helpful! May I ask where you recommend placing the signature capture widget? Is it best added through the container or elsewhere? I know there's multiple layers to the kiosk through the existing page configurations and record producers (we added our NDA through the page configurations under Acknowledgements). Do you know if it's possible to align the signature widget after this particular page? Any further insight would be greatly appreciated!
