Can we add google search on the sidebar of service operations workspace for incident tickets.

Is there any OOB functionality available?

I wouldn't recommend, if there is a use case then google search is just one tab away. Opening the same by some heavy customization is just additional tech debt for no reason, and maybe a security issue as well.
