I have a requirement to allow articles in Pending Retirement to be searchable throughout our instance of SerivceNow. I have acheived this in our Service Portal and Native UI searches but the Agent Assist in the Service Operations Workspace isn't pulling in these articles. Is there a way to configure the Agent Assist Search to allow these articles to be found?
