"Send SMS" on the incident form menu on SOW

Does anyone know how to hide "Send SMS" on the incident form menu on SOW?

I see 2 UI actions "Send SMS" in our instance. I have deactivated them. But "Send SMS" still show on the incident form menu on SOW.

Hey @Yanping Guo1,

Not sure if this will work but navigate to Now Experience Framework > Declarative Actions > Action Configs.

Open SOW Actions record and see if 'Send SMS' action is in one of the related list. If so, try removing it from the m2m list.

Now Experience Framework > Actions and Events > UX form Actions > Send Sms
Now Experience Framework > Action Bar Declarative Actions > Send Sms
