Hi,
I'd like to be able to create an interaction and have a "Save & Close" UI action, so the agent does not have to close the record manually.
I can get the auto closure of the record happening using g_aw.closeRecord(), but any attempt to show a confirmation message is not working.
UI Action scripts:
End goal is I'd like to display a message to the agent:
But also have the record close, and the message be displayed on screen, whether that screen is a list view or another opened tab.
Any ideas?
(I've tried an on insert Business rule which only works if the record stays open)
