UI Button on Service Operations Workspace

I have a problem, where the "New" Record UI action is not working for users from one of the groups but works perfectly fine for the others.
When users are in the Service Operations Workspace, and viewing records in the list view. The "New"  UI action, despite being visible, does not work.

Can anyone give me a hand?

Also, make sure access related part for the users which belong to that group.
