facing issue after created advanced work assignmet approve or reject buttoons are not showing

to auto assign tickets for users i used round robin rule firstly after the client changed the requirment and assignee should be based on skills,bandwidth,priority,historical of data so i sued ADVANCED WORK ASSIGNMENT for incident table i had all conditions like channels,queues,assignment rule all but finnaly after creating new incident approve or reject button is not appreaning for agent to accept that ticket to his bin. i had installed all plugins related to that but i am not able to install configurable workspace which is paid one.
