Assigned to Mandatory

Remove Assigned to Mandatory in Incident while changing Assignment group

 

Please suggest how to achieve this requirement.

For Mandatory assigned field I was created UI Policy if state select In progress but there was other requirement If Assignment group changes the assigned to field should be non mandatory.

Sounds like a UI Policy should do. Do make sure that the Mandatory checkbox is not set on field level (or use dictionary override) as that will conflict.

Can you add one more condition 'And' condition in UI policy as ''assignment group does not chnages''. ******Make the reverse if false is true.
