Hi
Our Requriment:
Integrating with work day to Service now, when the ticket is created in workday based on time period (like 9 hr or 10 hr) after need to create in service now.
My Anlaysis:
We can create web Service there is staging table & Target table, when the record is created in workday automaticlly data will stored in stagging table. Is it possible to stop the creation in target table
Based on the scheduled job we can be able to create the record creation.
This is possiable or Not. If possiable could be please send me the steps and exact script
Either is there any other way to Achive
