I need to create a incident automatically through inbound actions. Incident is created through Email logs but it is not triggered from the outlook. Can anyone help me to know why it is not triggered.

Hi @Arun Priya ,
If you want to create incident through Inbound action you can refer the existing inbound action - 'Create Incident' and based on your requirement you can add condition and set the field values in Action tab.

I tried by changing the fields and it worked.
