Hi colleagues,
I am working on ServiceNow since 3 years and now I scheduled my CSA Exam on the Vancouver release. My learning strategy as follows: I passed the training content & the labs twice both for Welcome to ServiceNow course & the Fundamentals one.
Now I am reading the associated book for a second time & did the labs in it, I am currently revising randomly articles in the ServiceNow documentation & doing tests in SkillCertPro, Udemy.
ServiceNowSimple - YouTube also I liked those videos & this guy is presenting the content in a very easily-digestive way.
Any recommendations from you would be much appreciated. I know that there are plenty posts like this one, but related on different releases.
