Hi @Supa - after completing the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals On Demand course (which costs $US300 + tax) you be given the option to buy the exam voucher (for an additional $US300 + tax).

complete the below course.

and claim the voucher.

you have to pay 300 USD for course and 300 USD for voucher.

total: 600 USD + Tax

If you are working with ServiceNow Partner company then only it will be free.

Complete the required training: https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/pages/now-learning-get-certified?achievement_id=78c9e8611b... which will make you eligable for a voucher. 

Please notice, that if you doesn't work for a partner company, the cost of the training will be 300USD + tax and the price of the voucher will also be 300USD + tax.
