How to attach physical document while sending notification to any of user from servicenow instance ?

I want to send 4 documents as mandatory checklist to the newly joined employee from service now as part of HR Onboarding. Please help me with the following asked question.

Hi Kaushal,

I beleive since it is a new joinee you can create a notification on User table that runs on insert of User record and sends required notifications.
