Hello @arsh ,
You can create your report on metric_instance table with filter Definition=Assignment Group.
Think about giving necessary rights to make report available to the defined population..

Hi @arsh ,
As @Jean-Emmanuel have already mentioned, you will be able to obtain the information from an incident_metric defintion for assignment group duration. Though I would say that it is rather difficult to report on.

Rather difficult to report on means what will be the difficult can you explain clearly i didn't get you

Please see below table structure from my PDI:
As you see, you can for sure filter out a single incident or a single assignment group. But to get a complete overview for all incidents and assignment groups in one report is quite difficult to get some usable due to the data structure.
