I can't get my voucher

I completed the required course on now learning to make me eligible for a voucher, but I didn't get the voucher, how do I solve this issue?

Hi there,
Double check if the course is fully completed. If so, wait a few hours and if still nothing: create a personal Now Learning case!
Do be aware, you might have to buy a voucher. Though I don't know your situation/details since you didn't share that much.

create case from now learning platform and wait for response. It takes time but your issue will be resolved.

After successfully completion of course you need to utilise your credit card or company's credit points to redeem voucher.
