In Flow designer is there a way to send an rejected approval request back to the new state ?

Hi all,

          I need a help regarding in custom form In a workflow when a approval state is rejected we can move  back to new state just like wise .... Is it possible in flow designer where an approval state is rejected and can be sent to new state?
