LogMEIN Rescue ChatLog not updating in Incident Ticket

Hello, 

Can someone help me to capture the ChatLog of LogmeIN Rescue?
I can create a pin and was alble to remote the client pc using LogMEIN Rescue, unfortunately after the remote session, the chat was note able to register in worknotes in Servicenow.   

 

Based on the LogMEIN Rescue Key Feature:

  • Store Rescue session details including chat log and notes within a corresponding ServiceNow incident or case regardless if session begins in ServiceNow or Rescue.

Hello, Ajit.

There is no solution provided yet by LogmeIN.  Can you check with your Activity Filter in your workspace? The post URL I have selected during the API config wasn't part of the activity filter selection.

YES i Selected but not getting any data. Is there any missing because not getting any data in work note. Please share any document if you have.

I think the connector between the Servicenow and Logmein is the issue.  I already escalated this issue to the Logmein dev team and waiting for their response.  DO you have existing ticket with Logmein?
