Migrating Service Portal to Employee self-centre, Changing all URLS of hyperlinks from SP TO ESC

I want to bulk change all hyperlink for KB articles used in service catalogs and record producers URLS with suffix SP to ESC .How can we do it for all the kb articles linked to all catalog items ,there are even multiple hyperlinks for catalog items .
