Facing access issue when trying to perform POC on integration of MS Teams and service portal by referring to the procedure present in below link.
We have completed up to step 2. when we tried to perform step 3,it is giving below error.
"Getting Failed to connect to Microsoft Azure. Try again or contact system admin for help"
Credentials:
ServiceNow account : admin account of ServiceNow with same domain as MS teams
MS teams account : No admin access. But MS admin provided permission on Azure to proceed without admin account. (It did not work)
Want to confirm that can we proceed with normal ITIL user on ServiceNow side from step 3? As we already installed all the required plugins? Or Do we need ServiceNow admin account through out the integration for authentication purpose as well?
Do you have any suggestions to resolve the access issue and to achieve successful integration between MS teams and Service portal?
