Hi All,

 

how to create parent child incident and what is the script and flow for this.

And in child incident/task do we need to create additional fields.

How we can right Business rule for parent child relationship's.

If parent ticket is with same issue. then ticket will create for child incident

Hi @Supriya Mane ,

 

Parent / child incidents comes OOTB, hence no additional configuration is needed to have this. To create a child incident in a ServiceNow instance, you can utilize the "additional actions" menu:

In relation to additional fields, we can't answer this, as it depends on the business requirement which we don't know.
