Process Flow Formatter in Service Portal

Hello,

I was trying to add process flow formatter in Service Portal, is there a way for me to do this?

Like: new -> in progress -> completed

I have tried a bunch of things but it does not seem to be working.

Hello @Sandeep Rajput, I was able to look into this, but sadly its not working on my instance. Is there maybe restrictions on this once you are on scope app?
