Revive Personal Developer Instance

Hello,

 

It looks like my PDI instance is turned off. Any idea how can I revive it with all my data that was created.

 

It now shows an option to request a new instance only.

@snehakhanna It looks like your PDI is already reclaimed by ServiceNow PDI pool. Unfortunately, there is no way you can recover the data as the instance has already been retired. Also, there is no support available for PDI, the only option left is to request for a new instance.

Hi there,

 

For PDIs, unfortunately there is no support, this is already for a while, nothing new, thousands of similar posts have been made. Posting your question here... will have zero effect.

Only thing you can do:
1) Wait and hope your PDI gets back alive
- OR -
2) Request a new PDI

Be aware, PDIs can always suddenly without any notice drop. So always backup your work.

Hi @snehakhanna ,

 

Then you're out of luck. If your PDI has been reclaimed there is no way to retrieve data from the old instance. Only option is to request a fresh installation and start from scratch.
