Service Operations Workspace (SOW) post Washington upgrade slow once more

I feel like this is Deja-vu. We upgraded to from Utah to Washington a couple of weeks ago and in the list of benefits came the promise of improved response times on SOW. We are finding it is the opposite as it is very slow and impacting all of our outsourced Service Desk locations. Anyone else seen the same?

No, but go back to whoever promised you and tell them the solution isn't applied and let them fix it.
