ServiceNow Learning - change from system administrator to platform user

Hello 

I am following the learning "Next Experience, Navigation, and Access ​Task". I opened the instance but I canot find the "platform.user". 

always is the the system administrator. 

How can I change it?  Thanks

1. click on user profile and select Impersonate user

2. search for platform user and select platform user 

3. click on Impersonate.
