Trigger email notification when incident is on hold > 3days

Need to trigger email notification when the incident is on hold for more than 3 days and with no updates. Please assist. Thanks in advance.

Hi @Muffin ,

 

you can do this using many combination including schedule job, flow, workflow, inactivity monitor etc..

 

Try using a flow or workflow like below or use inactivity monitor to trigger notification and email
