Trigger email notification when incident is on hold > 3days

Need to trigger email notification when the incident is on hold for more than 3 days and with no updates. Please assist. Thanks in advance.

I have a similar issue: could you upload your flow. I need to create and email for incidents with no updates in 3 days.
