I have a project where the team works the ticket and when they select send to repository, it takes the data from the form and adds it to a table. The record is given a number on table. This is working as expected.
However, when the user request a modification of the report. They do not want to overwrite what was originally there, they would like to have a new record with the same number as the original but show a version number of the report and the original record marked as inactive.
