Business Relationship Mangement. We have been told there is a Plug In/module for it but I have not been able to locate it. Is is called something else?

Helsinki: Is anyone using ServiceNow to pull together their Business Relationship Management?   If so how?   We have been told there is a Plug In/module for it but I have not been able to locate it.   Is it called something else?

We are looking for Dashboards and such.   It seems like this would tie in with the Business Services and Technical Services on some level but the current reporting out on that is not working as expected.

Our Business Services are set up as Human Resources, IT Global, Aftermarket...there are only 15 of them.   Then the Technical Services are set up as Productivity, Email, Servers and the intention here as I was told was for it to be a subcategory of the IT Global(business service only).. there are 15 of them.   Next is the CIs(there are a ton of those). The problem with the Dashboards and other reports that can be generated using that data is that it gives different numbers for the Business Services.   The overall report needs to show the number of incidents have occurred for those people in say Human Resources but then also needs show the number of calls from others that are having issues with an application that is owned by HRs.   Then we would also need to throw in Projects and Demands.

Sounds like Service Portfolio Management, and when you say dashboards, there's another plugin with SLA commitments.


I came to the conclusion that was the use for Service Portfolio Management as well but I have been struggling with how Demands/Ideas/Projects play into this for reporting purposes.

Can you explain more about what you mean about reporting when you say "the current reporting out on that is not working as expected"?
