Hi everyone,
I've been researching customization of Visual Task Boards, and while most of articles/questions/videos focus on the cards themselves and the VTB view, I can't find the answer to a few simple questions:
1. When a user displays task board card details, the default fields to display top are Short Description and Description. Are these fields hardcoded or can I somehow customize which fields are displayed?
2. If these fields are hardcoded can I at least somehow change their order (Description first, Short description second)?
3. Since I use Tags to manage RITMs I'd like to create a VTB view (based on RITM) and display Tags on it. The usual way of adding fields to the VTB view doesn't work since Form Layout doesn't display Tags. Any ideas how could I do this?

Question 1 & 2: No go. You can't edit the $vtb.do page, and what you are asking are not configurables.

Could you use ServiceNow RDP to populate fields from RITM to the VTB Card it represents?
