Need help to validate, trying from past 1 hours, getting an error 'Did you add and post a comment?'

Hi @PrashantP536658 ,

 

In your screenshot you have added work note and comment both. Delete this incident and try it again and add only Additional Comments, not Work Notes. Then validate and see it will work as it is working fien for me.

In your screenshot you have added work note and comment both. Delete this incident and try it again and add only Additional Comments, not Work Notes. Then validate and see it will work as it is working fien for me.

still i have a failed what is do sir .How i delete the past activities.

Hello, I am having the same issue with this Task 3. I have created several incidents and none of them are being validated. I have followed all the steps as outlined, as 2 separate steps in the process, and even after adding the Customer visible comments, the task is not validated. HELP!!

Have you tried just completely restarting? i had the same issue earlier. I fixed it by doing the following: 

1) checking that I was making a ticket under problem not incident
2) fully restarting the process
