How to add "add to cart" for order guide in service portal

Hi all, 

We have 3 catalog items in an order guide for HR onboarding and off boarding processes, we need to use them to create bulk request. But we are unable to see 'Add to cart' button in service portal. Please suggest how can add this to SP.

Hi @Arjun4 

Can you navigate to the maintain item and open your catalog, check portal setting tab from there :- Make sure that all this are not true

Go to your order guide and check for their portal setting as well:-
