My Assets No Data to display

Hello all I have 2 users who are seeing no records to display when accessing my assets, I have compared the permissions and roles with users who it's working for, I have also checked they do have assets assigned to them.

Please check if there is an query BUSINESS RULE written on this table which might be restricting the read access to assets for those two users,

@Ralton Stewart is it a report that you are fetching , as it looks like a report with a filter"assets assigned to me" in the above screenshot?
